**WWHSADC Contracted Services Definition: Contract for services made between World Wide Health Services and an individual and or business entity for services. Members, please be advised,  if you require any contracted services during enrollment period or assessment period your daily charge rate and care category will reflect the need. Our program is All Inclusive and no additional charges will be assessed to the member,  however, if contracted services or any additional care is required outside of members enrollment/ care agreement, member, caregiver, members power of attorney and or members representative will be responsible for any additional care cost. All cost will be made in writing and sent in an invoice for each additional care service that is not included in the membership, enrollment or care plan agreement.**
